Take responsibility for your life. When you complain and blame you turn yourselfinto a victim. Accept the situation, change the situation, leave the situation. All else is madness. If it is always someone else's fault for why you are where you are, then it will be up to them to change for things to get better.

 When you blame, you give away your power. This depletes your energy and it stops you from moving forward. By taking responsibility for your choices, your actions, you maintain your personal power. When you feel powerful, you will be closer to your joy.

You are either trapped at the level that lives in the land of excuses, why you can or cannot do, be or have what you want. Or you ascend to higher plane of consciousness where personal responsibility is the mascot, It is truly the only safe place to live.

3 Ways to Regain Your Joy

1. Choose Joy

It can be that easy. You have complete control over your thoughts and mindset. Make the decision today to look for joy everywhere. You can change your life in an instant. Everything is a choice. Your anger is a choice your happiness and joy is a choice. Your Peace of Mind is a choice.

2. Tell yourself a different story. 

You are NOT your circumstances. You are not your age, education, gender, race or money that's  just the story you tell yourself about who you are and what you can do. Most of what you believe to be true did NOT originate in your brain. Your beliefs come from your family, your friends, your institutions. If you have limiting beliefs it is only because you learned them from people who felt limited. In order to live in joy you will need to challenge your limiting beliefs. 

3.Live in the Present Moment

All your power is in the present moment. The past is gone, the future is the future but the present moment  is where you can affect real change and momentum. When you waste energy going over a past that cannot be changed or worry about what could be, it depletes you of the energy you need NOW to positively affect your future.
